TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

SALE

All items sold on CTL web shop is reused and could therefore show small signs of wear although all items are carefully checked, refreshed and remodeled. Please pay close attention to sizes since every item is only available in one copy.

PRICES

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) and includes Swedish tax/VAT (25% moms).

DELIVERIES

All deliveries are made by the Swedish Postal Service. In Malmö it is also possible to pick up your items at our studio in Gamla Väster.

Delivery to Sweden is freight free and takes normally 3-5 working days to arrive.

Delivery to EU countries has a freight cost of 350 SEK and takes normally 5-10 working days to arrive.

Delivery to all other countries has a freight cost of 490 SEK and takes normally 12-20 working days to arrive.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If any shipment should be damaged during transportation please point this out to the post office when receiving the package. Inform us by e-mail as soon as you discover the damage.

RETURNS

In general we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged but please let us know if you have any issues with your item and then we will do our best to find a solution. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

PAYMENT

Payment is securely made thru KLARNA. In case for any reason KLARNA is not acceptable to you it is also possible to use Swish, please contact us by e-mail for further information.
